From the EVA spiral hose till metal wire flexible hose , until now metal wire with fiber reinforcement three layers spiral hose , we had collected all the professional experience and mature technology. We provide all kinds of solutions for you if you want make your special hose .   Following we introduce you three kinds of hoses and its making machine for vacuum cleaner : 1. eva spiral hose and machine          this hose mainly material is eva , mix with other additives to make spiral shape soft and flexible hose. The spiral gap and dimension can be varies designing . the spiral can be round , can be 90 degree square , can he angle shape. Our machine can make perfect 90 degree corner for the spiral .            this machine we adopt PLC control, full automatic working . compare with normal electric cabinet hand button control machine, our machine can easy to achieve all the action by touch screen, feeding , extruding speed , especially the forming process, our machine can save all the program in the memories card , when change the spiral shape, when change the winding speed, when change the diameter of the hose , etc, all can control by the touch screen, need not change the winding roller and wheel as the normal machine.
